As I noticed, most people nowadays do their shopping in big shops or supermarkets. Of course it's good! The main benefit is that such shopping is convenient and relatively quick. You don't have to walk all over the city in order to find something. It's enough just to come to the supermarket's department you need - and you will get everything necessary there. Besides, you save your time, so that shopping doesn't take you for all your weekend.
But, on the other hand, there are some disadvantages of such shopping. First of all, there are a lot of things that you DON'T actually need. But all that advertising sometimes makes you buy that not-very-expensive-cute-little-thing, which you will anyway throw away after some time. More over, suddenly you notice, that you can't just leave a shop without buying anything. Doesn't matter, what exactly - and how much does it cost. So, where does this addiction begin? Why do people buy more than they are able to consume, more than they need - and even sometimes more, than they can afford? I've heard about that credit-addiction...
To my mind, the best way out for such people is a very simple thing - a list. Yes, you may of course "forget" or "lose" it, but your remembering of those, say, 8 points you need at the moment won't let you to buy up to 28 :) things you don't need at all. So, do your shopping correctly, enjoy your life entirely! :)))
